Q: Can I see a proof before I order?
A: Unfortunately, no. Payment must be received before producing any custom order. The price reflects the time it takes to customize a piece.

Q: What do I get for the item price?
A: You receive a high-resolution print ready PDF or JPG file.

Q: Can my item be a different size?
A: Yes! Please contact me before ordering, as a $5 size change fee may apply. 

Q: I ordered a design, but can I switch to a different one?
A: Let me know ASAP if you prefer another design. If I have begun work on your first option, there will be a $10 change fee.

Q: Can you customize the colors of a product I purchase from your shop?
A: Most of the time. Some designs are hand-painted and cannot be changed but overall the great majority of color changes are possible and included in your invitation price.

Q: I approved my proof, but later found an error. What do I do?
A: Let me know, and I can make your correction. A $5 fee will apply, and I will send new print-ready files. Make sure to check your proofs very carefully!
***Please note: Please make sure wording, address, spelling, dates, or any other text errors or color preference are to your liking. I will try and make any corrections I see, but the customer is ultimately responsible for approving the final proof.
 This means that if there are any typos, even if it is our fault YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for paying for reprints and shipping. It is your responsibility to look over the proofs very carefully and make sure everything is correct.

Q: Do you offer print/assemble services?
A: Yes! But we want you to know… there are so many great print options; office supply stores like Staples for card stock, mpix.com is a great online print center, just upload the invite and away you go! The most economical are photo centers like Costco or Walmart, be sure to print on matte or luster photo paper for best results.

Q: I need this for a party tomorrow! Can I place a rush order?
A: Yes, I do try to meet the needs of all my customers, just send me a note and I will do my best. There is a $5 fee for all rush orders and are only available on our existing designs, not custom orders.

Q:Can I edit the products once I order them?
A: No. All of my products are copyrighted and cannot be altered except through Peachpod Paperie.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of a digital design, refunds & exchanges cannot be accepted once the first proof is sent. Custom orders are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is our first priority! We want you to be completely in love with your product. If you have any concerns with your digital design once you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Q: How long do invitations take?
A: Once you purchase the listing for the design you'd like and I get all of your information, I will have digital proofs ready within 48 hours (within shop hours) for all non-custom orders. For each invitation order, you have two rounds of proofs before an additional charge. The proofing process typically takes a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on the design, how many changes you need, and how quick you are to respond. I will try to get back with your changes within 24 hours, but once in a while it will take 48 hours, depending on how backed up we are. I may not respond to convos on weekends or after work hours. Once you've approve the final proof and made final payment, your final product will be sent to you shortly.
