New Year. . . & a New Hair Color!

Hi Folks!

I'm the kind of person that likes to just live in the chaos. This is probably why I'm a creator and also why I became a doctor. You have to enjoy (or, at least tolerate) the chaos that is life to work in medicine. Additionally, I just love new beginnings: the changing seasons, a new year, a fresh start. But I am definitely not one to get a new hair color! I have always wanted to have purple highlights (11-year old Sarah thought it would be sooo cool). And so I did it! I had purple balayage done (I didn't know what this was until my colorist did it [I have a colorist, don't I sound cool?]). Check out my Pinterest board with my inspiration for this style!

I really love how much it stands out! So fun! This is 2 days and 1 shampoo after it was dyed.

As the purple fades, the blonde underneath will come through. I can't wait to see it!
